We started setting lines today at 7:50am just south of the rock wall in front of SSP in 14 FOW on a North troll. By 8am we had out first 2 fish in the boat. There were several pockets of fish in 13-14 FOW that we just kept picking away at until we boated our 18 fish limit at 11:20am. SOG was 1.8-1.9 and we caught fish on Perfect 10’s (130 back), Husky’s (40 back) , #9 Flicker’s (65 back) & Bandits (30 back) . The water temp was 43-44 degrees. There were a decent amount of boats when we left but we didn’t see any other fish boated out there – I assume we must have missed them. It was a great start to SSP for the season with Mark and Corey.
